Founder & CEO
Zanetta Miller is an accomplished communication expert with over thirteen years of collegiate instruction experience. She has taught at prestigious institutions such as Robert Morris University, Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana Wesleyan University, and the University of Northern Iowa. As the owner of Niche PR Boutique, Zanetta brings a wealth of expertise to her clients, having previously served as Director of Marketing and Executive Director of Public Relations.
In addition to her extensive experience in academia and PR, Zanetta has excelled in roles within the healthcare sector. Leveraging her expertise as a Marketing Director, she has spearheaded impactful community outreach initiatives and conducted targeted audience analysis to drive strategic marketing campaigns.
Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Indiana Wesleyan University, Zanetta's research focuses on leadership within the healthcare sector, with a particular emphasis on the experiences of female leaders in executive positions. Her dedication to education, communication, and research underscores her commitment to making a positive impact in both academia and industry.
Zaniya Rice
PR & Resource Development Intern
Zaniya Rice is graphic designer with 4 years of experience in crafting impactful and professional branding materials. She specializes in designing business cards, flyers, and brochures that help businesses clearly communicate their message and connect with their target audience.
Her design journey has been shaped by tools like Adobe Express, Canva, and minimal experience in Adobe Illustrator, allowing her to bring creative ideas to life with both flexibility and precision. She has a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design—all essential elements that contribute to visual storytelling and effective branding.
Her goal is to establish the blueprint for a brand’s success and reachability through thoughtful design. Whether it's a startup looking to make a strong first impression or an established business in need of a visual refresh, she's passionate about turning ideas into designs that resonate, inspire, and deliver results.
Sheleita Miller, CPA
Financial Strategy Consultant
Sheleita Miller is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in nonprofit and small business finance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accountancy, bringing over a decade of experience in public accounting, nonprofit finance, and governmental auditing with the State of Indiana.
Sheleita is also a dedicated community advocate. Through her community organization and radio show, she creates space for dialogue between residents, business owners, and elected officials, working to address local challenges with collaborative solutions.
With a deep appreciation for the unique needs of mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs, Sheleita offers Niche PR clients strategic financial insight and support—helping them build sustainable operations and long-term impact.
Her passion lies in empowering others, and she firmly believes that community voices, businesses, and leadership must work together to shape the future of America’s legacy cities.
